1 Introduction and Acceptance

4 Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement must be met within a set time period. If the time limit expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members from the same household cannot claim the same bonus.
• bdbeet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent activity will result in the account being closed and the funds forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The bdbeet VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier based on regular play. VIP members receive weekly cashback — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver and up to 1.0% for Gold. bdbeet reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

6 Data Protection and Privacy Policy

• Evidence of operating an account under a false identity is found.
• Evidence that the user is a minor is found.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, however any bonus amounts may be forfeited.

9 Disclaimer

bdbeet accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues from third parties.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• A bet needing to be cancelled due to a technical error.
• Situations arising from errors in software provided by third-party game providers.
• Services being temporarily unavailable due to external circumstances.
